Have you noticed the new feature released by Facebook to help you manage Spam on your Facebook Page?

In this short video tutorial I talk you through how to manage the Spam content that you might find being posted on your Page.

It is critical that you check your Facebook spam folder ideally on a daily basis to make sure that your community who are posting content on your Facebook Wall are not disappointed when their content is incorrectly marked as Spam content by Facebook. I certainly noticed a couple of posts by members of the Marketing Mentor Facebook page had been incorrectly moved into the Spam folder.
