If you are a current AdWords customer, and you want to learn about how to track/monitor your website or campaigns, this seminar is for you Google Analytics Introduction and User Training is full day course that will introduce you to the basics of web analytics such as tracking referral sources, improving web design and content, and identifying visitor preferences. You will be introduced to these fundamentals and then shown how to apply these Google Analytics skills on your own website. Attendees leave with a better understanding of how Google Analytics works and what tools and reports would best serve their business.

Google Introduction and User Training is the first course that we offer in the Analytics seminar series. From the basics of setups and configurations to advanced features and report interpretation, you’ll be well on your way to understanding and measuring exactly what your website is doing for you! Google Analytics Advanced Technical Implementation will help you better leverage the insights found in your Analytics report by covering topics such as how to set up goals and funnels, advanced tracking, setup tips, best practices, and analysis techniques.
Is Analytics: Advanced Technical Implementation the right course for me?
Google Advanced Technical Implementation is the second course that we offer in the Analytics seminar series. While this is a more “technical” seminar than the Intro course, the materials are delivered in a way that even the novice will understand. We have found that past attendees with responsibilities in the areas of; marketing, business analyst, web development and sales have benefited from this seminar as well. It is helpful if you have already created an Analytics account and have a web site or blog that you can refer to, but it is not required. We will review some fundamentals and then go into advanced topics with a ton of tips and tricks so you leave with action items to implement immediately.

Vicky Brock
Vicky is passionate about helping organisations drive effective web, marketing and communications strategies online.
She is a Board Director of the Web Analytics Association, the professional body for those working in understanding and optimising online experience. Additionally, Vicky is Associate Lecturer in Web Analytics for the University of British Columbia, Course Director of eMarketing and Web Value Optimisation for the University of the Highlands and Islands and a trainer in online understanding and measurement for the WAA, delivering web analytics training across North America and Europe.
She speaks at conferences internationally about online customer interaction and web analytics. Vicky is Director of Web Analytics for Google Analytics Authorised Consultants, Highland Business Research.
