Philip Culbert is the co-founder of uMobilize Promotions, a leading provider of mobile and web-based marketing and promotional solutions, headquartered in The National Technology Park, Limerick. Prior to founding uMobilize, Philip spent over 15 years in a range of consulting roles before becoming European IT Manager for Continental Promotions International where his team designed and developed a range of European promotional and marketing solutions for such blue chip companies as Canon, Nikon, Sony, British Telecom, Lexmark, and APC.

uMobilize are the providers of uConnect, the leading small business mobile marketing service, which is used by hundreds of customers in Ireland and The UK in sectors ranging from Tourism & Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, Marketing and Online Services.
