VAT
Training is chargeable a VAT - exempt rate.
Cancellation
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 28 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 28 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
Transfers & Rescheduling
The Digital Marketing Institute may allow and accommodate the rescheduling of various classes. There is a €50.00 fee applicable for each rescheduled class.
Course Content and Programme Schedule
The Digital Marketing Institute reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where the Digital Marketing Institute cancels a course, attendees will be offered alternative dates.
The Digital Marketing Institute reserves the right to alter and amend the advertised content of any course without notice. The Digital Marketing Institute will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from any of the above.
